In 2013, Om Navasakthivel (NSV) Organization was born out of a profound necessity: to heal both the earth and its people. Founded by Manonmani G., the organization began with a clear-eyed vision to reverse environmental degradation. We recognized that as our landscapes were eroding, so too was our connection to the indigenous wisdom that once sustained us.
Our journey started on the ground, literally. We committed ourselves to restoring eroded green cover by reintroducing rare, indigenous species of Indian trees back into our pathways and ecosystems. We believe that these native trees are the lungs of our nation and the silent guardians of our biodiversity. By planting the past, we are securing a greener, more resilient future.
At NSV we started true health giving from 2020, we believe healing should be holistic. We are dedicated to bringing back Indian traditional wellness—wisdom that has been passed down through generations but often lost in modern haste.
We bring the Integrated System of Medicine (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy) directly to the doorsteps of the underprivileged.
We empower the poor to experience "true healing"—treatment that doesn't just mask symptoms but restores the balance of mind, body, and spirit.
Our vision for a healthy society extends beyond medicine. We believe that individual skill development is just as vital as formal education. By nurturing the unique talents and vocational skills of individuals, we help them build a life of dignity, self-reliance, and purpose.

The Om Navasakthivel Trust is guided by 'The Philosophy of Vital Return' (Punarnava)—a cohesive narrative that connects the environment, the body, and the spirit. We believe that human wellbeing cannot exist in isolation; a healthy body requires untainted sustenance, a peaceful mind needs cultural roots, and a spiritual society requires sacred anchors. Our work is an act of re-integration, bringing ancient wisdom back to the forefront to solve modern challenges through our five strategic pillars of action.
