My name is Ruvanthika. I am 8 years old. Before I joined AYUSH HUB, I used to fall sick very often. Every three months, I would get severe coryza (cold). My nose would block, I would struggle to breathe, and there was a strange wheezing sound from my chest whenever the doctor listened with a stethoscope.
Breathing felt difficult. I had dyspnoea, and sometimes I would panic because I felt like I was not getting enough air. Those moments were scary for me and my parents. That is when we decided to try natural healing at AYUSH HUB.

I started practicing pranayama and yoga regularly under guidance.

🌟 What Changed After 6 Months
- My infections reduced gradually
- Wheezing became less frequent
- Breathing became easier
- Panic attacks stopped
- Dyspnoea slowly normalized
For the first time, I could play without fear of losing my breath.
🌿 Long-Term Follow-Up
We continued follow-up for 2 to 3 years with consistent yoga and pranayama practice. Today, I rarely fall sick, there is no more recurrent wheezing, no panic attacks, and I breathe normally and confidently.
❤️ My Message: Breathing is something we don’t notice until it becomes difficult. Through pranayama and yoga, I learned how to control my breath, calm my mind, and strengthen my body. Now I can run, laugh, and play freely. And I am not scared of breathing anymore.
