Yoga Workshop
To introduce participants to the fundamental principles of yoga, including its philosophy, importance of Sadhana (self-practice), and its role in holistic health and well-being.
To develop practical skills in basic yoga practices such as loosening exercises, asanas, pranayama, relaxation techniques, and meditation for physical and mental balance.
To enhance self-awareness, discipline, confidence, and inner stability through regular yogic practice and mindful lifestyle habits.
No prior yoga experience is required. The workshop is open to beginners and individuals interested in yoga for personal growth, well-being, and service.
Active participation in all practical sessions including asanas, pranayama, relaxation, and groups is required.
Evaluated on regular practice, body alignment, breathing awareness, focus, and understanding.
Adherence to yogic discipline, safe practice guidelines, hygiene, and respectful behavior is mandatory.
Participants will develop personal yogic discipline through sadhana and learn how to apply and share yoga practices as a form of service for holistic well-being.
Participants who successfully complete the course will be awarded a Certificate in Sadhana practice.
